LOF, my butt!

This class will focus on getting your team out of the mindset of doing an oil change and into the mindset that you offer, “SERVICES”! We will focus on products that can be offered to EVERY “oil change” customer and include valuable information on how these services can be used as retention tools.  This class is very “Quick Lane” friendly.  Menu offerings, Wipers, Tires, Rotate, Balance, Alignment, Battery, Battery Service Nitrogen.  60-75 minutes.
